I Have spoken her that she is my valentine and she smiled then after few secnds she runs she is wise and pure hearted girl She is my best friend since we were 6 or 7 year old so i wanna ask that what is the answer of that smile she is sincere friend Did she really Love Me Or Not ??

she probably was just a wee bit shocked and from one smile you cannot know whether love is there, love is a feeling which over time is seen and develops. i hope that helps!
