My boyfriend and I have been together for almost a year and now we are thinking about getting married, but lately he's been saying that I don't love him, What do I do?

Show him that you do. He's probably feeling insecure because he's giving you a part of him and he feels like you're not. He's scared that you'll just leave him when he's totally in love with you. Turn it up. Show him and keep reminding him that he's yours and you're his.
