If both partners have cheated on one another, how can you start to rebuild the trust? I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years. I cheated on him with two different guys, and he has cheated on me with three different girls. We are trying to move past everything, but he still seems to be living in the past.

I have moved on from it, but still have insecurities at times. My mann on the other hand CANNOT get over it. Whenever i go out i have to tell him every little move i make. He tells me he loves me so much and he doesn't want me to hurt him again. How do i get it though to him that i will not hurt him again?
