Give me advice

I say you should try to get him to notice you by trying to talk to each other more face to face and give him little presents every now and then.

dont panic or over react...communicate. Dont run away... express your concerns then make choices after review and whats really and truely best for you.

Dont break up with him, just talk to him when you have time! :)

Give him some space. Maybe that is all he needs. BE a little indifferent. If you are in his face all the time then he will tired. Go about your business. Be happy, go out with other friends. Show him you can live without him. Your life is your own. Show that your are independent... YOU are valuable, special... let him come after you. IF he doesn't then he is not for you. Time does heal all wounds. Keep busy and involved in those things that mean a lot to you. Never lose sight of the things you enjoy doing, your goals and aspirations. Love and respect yourself always. The one who truly cares about you will come along and show you he truly cares. Actions do speak louder than words.
