my advice would be to see how much he loves the girl he broke up wid because sometimes letting go of someone u love is the hardest decision in life, and they wont get over, if hes totally cool about it make your move hope this helps :)

i think yuh should give him time to recover talk to him casually if he feels comfortable around yuh then say that yuh like him yuh can do this in 14 feb valentines day all the best
