love advice

I,dob:24/12/69 love Patrice Fouquet, dob: 18/6/59. but there are polite avoiding strategies even though he initiated love relationship with me. I am unhappily married but I believe in morals. I just want to go for my love in a legal way, i.e.leaving my current husband & marrying my love. I am ready to have a decent relationship with him provided I know that it is serious relationship from his side too. But I am not give a chance from him for direct communication. Secondly, I can't understand his mixed messages. I want to know what is happening these days and what I can expect from him.
