Is it love or not

Hi frds, I am a married women and have a baby. Last year, I met a person whose name is Amit. He is also married. We shared our nos. because I need a job and he is in recruitment agency. So I talked to him ones in a week. After some days, I liked him very much and fall in love with him. He is also living in my neighbourhood in another society. I can see him daily. But when I call him, he is so busy and never call me back. He is only respond on whatsapp. Every day I call him says Good morning. Then he reply. Whenever I need him, he is not responding to my calls. He always want me to meet him alone. I love him so much but I dont know whether he loves me or not.
