I think its time to move out of my current relationship. I'm not interested in continuing. We broke up twice in between but he is still behind me. He keeps calling me and leaving messages.

Jus tell him its over. Tell him not not bother you. Once you think its time to quit, do it.. don't think twice. especially when its not a steady relationship.

If you're not enjoying your relationship anymore, please don't continue. You say you already broke up twice. One break up and patch up is acceptable. When it happens twice, the signal is loud and clear - its time to move on.
Make sure you do it nice and clean. Tell that its over - face to face.
Don't forget to return expensive gifts and other belongings.
