My mother's boss has a son that thinks I'm cute. He and his friends have seen me around and find me "hot". I like him but everytime I am around him they say things like "Oh you would look cute together..." or " Are you trying to look good for him?" My mother encourages me to talk to him however whenever I bring him up in conversation she seems like she doesn't want me to try. I'm getting mixed signals. What should I do?
