anger in relationship

we are married couple.......and the best part is that we love each other so much....actually the seen is that we are same in all things.....our nature is almost same......and the anger is as well.....so what the problem is.....we love each other, we understand each other but whenever we got angry.....the situation is out of state.....coz we both can not control our anger and the fight begins......so whats the solution.....guys....?
