Is your partner cheating on you ? Know your unfaithful partner

Here are a few tips on how to find out if a partner is cheating. The offender does give him or herself away by his/her attitudes lately found odd by the partner with whom s/he is living. These can be small and may get overlooked by an unsuspecting partner but it is wise that one should keep them under observation for the final conclusion of infidelity any time in the future.

• An overly attentive partner: A change will be found in the behaviour of the cheating partner at the start of his/her affair. This is not only because of the guilt in him/her but also to camouflage his new relationship so that his partner gets so much into his undue affection and attention that s/he does not realize what s/he is up to behind his/ her back.

• Blame game: Once into an affair, a cheating partner will begin to find fault with his spouse/girl friend /boy friend even in trivial matters. He will make all efforts to let the other person feel guilty by saying s/he is no longer good enough as at the time when they first met. S/he becomes distant, unapproachable and cold. This is to justify that what s/he is doing is absolutely right.

• Change in sexual activities: The cheating partner is likely to dramatically decrease his/her sexual activities with his spouse/lover since s/he can get it otherwise. Conversely, s/he may have it in excess and may try out new ways of enjoying him/herself. This is more common with a husband or a male partner.

• Lack in sharing household responsibilities: This goes more in the favour of a cheating husband or a male lover. He is found to lose interest in the wife/female lover and does not carry out his responsibilities for children and household chores. This is because his mind is always preoccupied with his activities of infidelity. The blame for the change in his behaviour with everyone in the house is put on the wife's 'improper' behaviour towards him.

• Improved grooming: It will be very noticeable that the cheating partner now pays extra attention to his/her clothes and personal appearance. S/he also will pay more attention towards his/her physical fitness.

• Increase in money spending: If one is keeping good accounts of the family expenditure, s/he will observe a rise in expenses without reason. It will, therefore, be a good idea to keep a record of his financial statements.

• Frequent, secret phone calls: A cheating partner will be found to make secret calls which are usually in whispers or in secret places, at odd times when s/he is alone; the call is immediately cut off once s/he senses someone in the vicinity. A caller may hang up when s/he hears a voice other than that of the cheating partner. This factor has become rather unmanageable in these modern times with the personal mobile phones making it difficult to detect the caller and the called.

• Telltale evidences: A cheating partner is likely to hold small pieces of evidence of his infidelity. He may have receipts, phone numbers or addresses on small paper in his/her pockets or purses.

• More time on internet: A cheating husband/wife or a lover gives him/herself away through his/her activities on the internet. S/he maybe spend long hours on internet; s/he may switching off or quickly change the site when someone enters the room. S/he may change the direction of the monitor so others cannot see what s/he is doing. S/he may want a personal laptop or a PC. The person is glued to the internet and loses interest in the family.

• More time out of the house: Once over with his internet activities, the cheating partner prefers to be out of the house more often so he can spend more time with his/her new lover. S/he may give variable reasons for it which may or may not be always relevant.

• A Lying Tongue: It becomes a way of life with the cheating spouse/lover to tell lies even for small matters which may interfere with his/her affair. To an observant partner that raises a question as to why s/he has developed such an absurd nature recently.
