Love Poems - Coming to Terms

I can't write another word or cry another tear, day by day and year by year.
If you can move on then I have to do the same. I have no joy, but all the more shame.
I hate not getting over you and I hate this pain. I feel like you don't even remember my name.
I can't fight anymore because I don't win. My devotion accomplished nothing, so it has to end.
I love you, lady but I can no longer take this. No love, no peace. I may as well be lifeless. On this night I tell you though, because I love you I'll let go
