There's this super-cute boy at school, and his name is Ian. We have the same likes, like reading, being alone and running. But he acts like I'm invisible, like I don't exist, except for sometimes when I'm on prefect duty he throws me a few glances. What should I do to confirm his feelings for me? Does he act like that just to cover up his real feelings? Most importantly of all, is he a strong person? I respect strength.

Well from what you put you seem like a very perceptive person. What you should do is first ask some of his friends about his history with dating to see if he is with someone or has experience with dating in general. What I also recommend is to try to get closer to him without asking him before you get closer and if things are going well and good then you should drop hints to maybe spark something with him. If he isnt responding to the hints well then you should just tell him flat out that you like him but this is a final and last resort option. I hope I helped ;)
