What should I do?

How do you talk to someone you like but you're shy and have no classes with them?I like this person in cross country and one day when I had to leave early he said he had to also. He followed me until I went into the girls' locker room. He also seemed to be near me when warming up. I seem to find him everywhere now, except at cross country.
