Just DON"T DO THAT! Its the most horrible way to let him know. But maybe be like "hey so for awhile now(Or say like how long you liked him) I have liked you and I just felt like it would be right for you to know." and if you are a young teen like 13 then maybe do a lunch date(ish) at school and wait till maybe older to go out on a date but past 16+ then ask him out! And see where it goes. I hope this helped.
