needed help

i keep on thiking abt her all the time
its killing me
afraid if i tell her, things will change disasterily
afraid she hate me and avoiding like seeing me talking to me or even say hi bye
in fact we're not closed, we just hi bye but this has been killing me 3yrs plus...
advice pls

    mai ek ladki se behad pyar karta hun wo neri coaching me mere sath padhti hai wo mujhse baat bhi karti hai thoa bahot hansi majak bhi karti hai mujhe ye pata karna hai ki wo mujhe like karti hai ki nahi i am so confuse
