how do i propose love to a girl and which time is perfect to propose my love to her does she accept me or not?

just go for it when you feel like its right! shes either gonna say 'yes' or 'no' and if its 'no' then thats her choice but if you dont ask then you'll never know and you might lose something that could have been perfect. go for it and good luck xxx
