girlfriend didnot accept my proposel

i purposed my girlfriend but she didnot accept my purpose.i am working in a company ,she is my hr.she was mingle with me very much but when i purposed then she said i always liked as a her child,her age is 30year and my 25 year.i like very much her without her i cannot live.pis tell what i do?
