Its funny how i was in a situation like this, well its simple if i were u to get someones attention is by doing simply nothing, trust me it always works, be you all the time and trust me u will get his attention by just being u hope this helps :)

Get the courage to go up to him and talk. Then bring back the memories but not to much that'll make it so he thinks your weird. If you bring back memories of good times he'll remember. Also get his attention by looking into his eyes and bumping into him on "accident" He will get the feeling u like him and look at you differently . He will then start to like u back.
