Can't You See That I Loved You?

Never any more,
lost and I cannot find you,
locked inside a body that isn't yours,
sometimes you surface from the depth,
but you always submerge once again,
I can see your face, so cold and unfeeling,
yet I can see your face, inches from mine,
full of love, as my lips touch yours.
There's a pain in ma heart,
and it's not goin' away.
There's a pain in ma heart,
and it's goin' to stay.
And it's rippin' me apart,
this pain in ma heart.
I'm all doom & gloom now,
but I could be happy soon now,
If what I have to say can be told,
I've got to gather my wits cos it's time to be bold.
