Free Love Advice

Is love and romance so important in life?? I know people who are in love and happy. But i know even more people who are heartbroken and shattered by love failures. Why can't they just move on? I mean if love and romance is so important, then if you loose it you'll have to find it again. Why should you ruin your life for someone silly. Just understand that he was not worth to have you.
